Reliance Energy entered into a joint venture with 5 companies for a coal mining project in Orissa, reports Business Standard.
The other companies in the joint venture for the Rampia coal mines are Arcelor Mittal, GMR, Lanco Group, Sterlite and Nagarjuna Group.
Shares of the company declined Rs 14.5 , or 0.74% to settle at Rs 1,932.10. The total volume of shares traded was 915,717 at the BSE.(Friday ).
