The Indian Rupee remained steady against the US Dollar on Dec. 11, 2007.
The Reserve Bank of India`s (RBI) reference rate for the US Dollar stood at Rs 39.36 on December 11, as against Rs 39.38 on the previous working day, i.e. December 10.
On the other hand, the domestic currency weakend 0.52% versus the Euro on the same day. The reference rate for Euro stood at Rs 57.96 on December 11 as against Rs 57.66 on the previous working day.
As revealed in the table below, the local currency depreciated 0.64% against the Great Britain Pound (GBP), but steady against the Japanese Yen (taking into account 100 Yen).
