iGATE, an integrated Technologies and Operations (iTOPS) company, today announced it has been named in the Black Book of Outsourcing's prestigious 2009 "50 Best Managed Global Outsourcing Vendors" list
iGATE has been ranked 14th on the list, leaping from its 30th position in 2008, a company statement said.
It said iGATE is placed in the highest 10 per cent of all firms judged in each survey area : C-level Commitment, Human Capital Performance, Corporate Direction, Leadership Impact, and five questions on accountability, Trust and Transparency. Rankings are based on responses from client surveys.
According to Doug Brown, Managing Partner, Brown-Wilson Group and Co-Author of the Black Book of Outsourcing, "iGATE ranked among the top suppliers by its clients due to its continuous focus on customer satisfaction and for successfully engaging and managing outsourcing relationships".
